By using the services provided by Electronics Garden Repair, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities regarding electronics repair and related services.
By requesting or using our repair services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
While we strive to repair devices to the best of our ability, Electronics Garden Repair cannot guarantee that every repair attempt will be successful. Some devices may be irreparable due to physical damage, liquid exposure, hardware failure, motherboard issues, prior repair history, or manufacturer defects.
Customers are solely responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting devices for service. Electronics Garden Repair is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during diagnosis, repair, or testing.
Devices may have hidden or pre-existing issues. Electronics Garden Repair is not responsible for issues arising from prior damage, wear and tear, failed components, previous repairs, liquid damage, or manufacturer defects.
Certain features such as Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint sensors, True Tone, stylus functionality, camera calibration, or water resistance may be affected during repair. Electronics Garden Repair does not guarantee preservation of original manufacturer sealing or biometric functionality after service.
Electronics Garden Repair may use OEM, refurbished, or high-quality aftermarket parts depending on availability and the type of repair.
If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional work or charges.
Electronics Garden Repair may provide a limited warranty on eligible repairs covering replaced parts and labor. Warranty begins from the date of repair completion and applies only to the specific repair performed. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, software issues, or unauthorized repairs after service.
Payment is due upon completion of the repair service unless otherwise agreed. Devices may be retained until full payment has been received.
Devices not picked up within 30 days after repair completion or notification may be considered abandoned. Electronics Garden Repair reserves the right to dispose of or recycle such devices in accordance with applicable laws.
Electronics Garden Repair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Electronics Garden Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to data loss, loss of use, loss of business, or loss of profits resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
